My yoga classes are intimate and friendly.

Designed specifically for women who are pregnant (trimesters 2 & 3) or who have had a baby (6 weeks +). 

Never done yoga before?
Don’t worry these classes are just for you.
Learn how to move your body in a gentle and safe way. You don’t have to be bendy or flexible.
You just need an open mind and heart.

All you need to bring is a mat and blanket for savasana.
